Narla premium coconut flour is pressed from organic coconuts that have been freshly handpicked. Once the delicious pulp has been slowly dried at low temperatures, it’s finely milled into a soft sweet-tasting powder with a heavenly aroma and a glorious texture for all your cooking escapades.
USES
Coconut Flour is very versatile and can be used in sweet and savoury dishes!
Bake it: use it in bread, cookies, cakes, pancakes and more. Substitute between ¼ to ½ of coconut flour. Add an equal amount of liquid for each portion used.
Bread It: coat chicken, fish and more with coconut flour, then bake or fry.
Drink it: 2 tsp. of coconut flour into smoothies and soups for a naturally thickening fibre boost.
