Our coconut vinegar is naturally fermented for six months and has no added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives or fermentation agents.  Although coconut vinegar is mildly acidic (5%), when it is metabolized by the body, it becomes alkaline-producing. The naturally occurring organic acids found in coconut sap vinegar, provide the body with important minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium.

Coconut vinegar is an integral part of Goan-Portuguese cooking and is used in exotic Goan masalas like xacuti and raechado and certain iconic dishes of Goa like vindaloo, chorizo and sorpotel.

    All the way from Goa ?
    Packaging : Excellent packaging, no damage, proper sealed pack.
    Well, I have order this for a very first time and I was very excited to taste it but can’t say anything about its result right now. Taste like vinegar.
    Coconut has many health benefits so I decided to add this in my diet.

    Overall, good packaging, neat and clean bottle with a thank you note and expiry date. I LOVE THIS❤
